The Global Commercial Operations Architecture (GCOA) Role
This critical role identifies and develops transformative innovation solutions for business growth, productivity, and efficiency in GBS Finance and other areas of Lilly.
The essence of this role is to convert business challenges and opportunities into technology strategies that maximise adoption.
Responsibilities
* Strategize multi-year technology roadmaps to enable business growth and reduce complexity.
* Determine technology system architecture and functional design to support company goals.
* Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategy, information, processes, and IT alignment.
* Set context, define common elements, and create patterns and standards for project-level details.
* Assist management in evaluating business mission and ensuring effective use of IT assets.
Role Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture innovation management, product development, or similar role.
* Experience in future state design of automation, integration, and Microsoft Power Platform.
* Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects and initiatives.
* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in innovation methodologies and strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and integration with SAP.
* Experience in Finance innovation.
