Description: Our Santry hub is expanding and we have a new opportunity for a senior qualified accountant to join us and assume responsibility for a core portfolio of SME and OMB clients. This is a new opportunity with strong leadership opportunity and an exciting time to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts and cashflow projections.
2. Year-end accounts and financial statement preparation.
3. Reviewing the work of trainees, mentoring and developing their abilities and delivery of completed files for partner review.
4. Due diligence for company sales or assisting clients with acquisitions.
5. Mix of SME advisory work and projects and working with leadership on practice development, as Xeinadin grows and transforms identifying operational efficiencies and improvement.
Key Requirements: The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience in practice, ideally with a broad general practice background, strong client interfacing ability and passionate about working within the SME sector in Ireland.
