Talbot Hotel Cork has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Chef de Partie/Pastry Chef.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the purpose of this role is to assist the Head Chef in ensuring profitable operation of the kitchen by means of food preparation, food production, and food service, with a primary focus on the pastry section in line with 4-star requirements and in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, a good team player, organized, pro-active, ambitious, and a self-motivator possessing a good knowledge of HACCP regulations.
1 - 2 Years Pastry Experience Is Essential.
A good communicative level of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
