Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assets Manager to join our team in Belfast or Holywood.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services and be able to manage performance and customer relations for our responsive maintenance service.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
* Manage the delivery of a quality asset management service to our tenants
* Assist the Director of Assets in developing strategic plans and initiatives
* Supervise staff and direct/delegate work as needed
* Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Third-level qualification (HNC, HND, or Bachelor's Degree) or above in a relevant discipline
* Minimum 3 years of experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level
* Relevant experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and customer engagement
* Experience in constructing business cases, board reports, and presentations
* IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Current full driving license and access to suitable transportation
