Accounts Receivable & Customer Services Specialist - French Market

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Accounts Receivable Tasks: Billing, direct debit processing, and credit control
* Customer Service Support: Provide assistance to French-based clients via phone and email
* Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues ensuring top-tier service
* Account Maintenance: Maintain customer accounts and assist with reconciliations and month-end reporting
* Process Improvement: Support the Accounts Receivable Manager on projects and process improvements
About You:
* Languages: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Previous Experience: Previous Accounts Receivable experience is beneficial
* Customer Service Background: Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an asset
