Connaught Region (Remote Role with Field Travel)
Are you an experienced Off-Trade Sales Manager looking for a leadership role with a high level of autonomy and impact? We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead a dynamic field sales team, drive brand visibility, and enhance performance across key Off-Trade channels, including Grocery Retail, Convenience, Forecourt, and Off-Licences in the Connaught region.
About the Role
1. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and coaching them for success.
2. Drive brand growth and visibility by strengthening relationships with key retail partners.
3. Use data-driven insights to optimize store performance and increase market share.
4. Spend 70% of your time in trade, providing hands-on coaching and ensuring high standards of execution.
5. Manage an efficient call file, ensuring optimal coverage of key accounts.
6. Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are consistently met.

2. Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
