Job Summary
This is a Full Time Permanent position overseeing the monthly payroll for an organisation with around 400 employees.
Responsibilities
* Payroll administration, including end-to-end monthly payroll management
* Onboarding and offboarding of new and departing staff
* Data collection from Time and Attendance systems and Brightpay for external payroll processing
* Calculation of overtime, sick leave, and maternity/paternity pay
* Management of pension contributions
* General ad hoc duties
Requirements
* Strong Excel skills
* Previous experience with Sage 50 and Brightpay
* Confident and professional individual
* Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and highly methodical
