This is an exciting opportunity for a QFA Qualified Administrator / Sales Support to join a Reputable & Busy brokerage firm, in overseeing the Life Sales Unit.
This may suit someone looking to make a step up into a managerial role!
The Role:
* Work with the Head of the Completions unit to deliver Life targets
* Manage Life team, oversee activity on a daily basis and delegate tasks
* Train new and existing staff on life team
* Case management of new business pipeline
* Ensure all business dealt with meets the company requirements
* Liaise throughout the process with clients, providers and any other relevant third parties
* Ensure all business dealt with meets compliance standards
* Process all new business through the various industry online systems
* Ensure excellent client service standards are maintained with all client groups
* Respond to all request/queries in an appropriate and timely manner
Requirements:
* QFA qualification
* 3+ years experience as a life / life & pensions administrator in a brokerage firm or similar
* Strong understanding of Irish market leading products, especially life products
* Strong leadership skills and high attention to detail
* Strong administrative and organisation skills
* Experience with a CRM system
