Our Velvære Spa offers 6 treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, sauna room, steam room, a relaxation room and a gym. The hotel also offers various dining facilities including our refurbished restaurant Chancery Grill with a capacity for 130 guests. In the evening, there are 3 party tables, offering the ideal setting for any special occasion. Our refurbished Dyflin Bar is a stylish bar offering an all-day food and drinks menu with the best cocktails in town! We also have the Writer’s room which is ideal for a small group to have a private dining experience.
We are looking for Meeting & Events Operations Assistants (Part-Time) to join our team.
Duties will include:
1. An assistant to the operational function for the Meeting & Events Operation in a four-star hotel.
2. Provision of friendly and efficient service within our busy Meeting & Events outlets.
3. Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the food & beverage outlets.
4. Meeting and dealing with guests throughout their functions and meetings at the hotel.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience working in Meeting & Events Operations in a hotel.
2. Possess faultless attention to detail.
3. Exhibit a Yes I Can attitude.
4. Be an excellent communicator.
5. Show initiative.
6. Have problem-solving skills.
7. Be fluent in English.
