Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner to join an established, fast paced HR team within a large multinational.
Within this role you will support a global group and will work closely with the senior leadership group.
Reporting directly to the VP HRBP
Overview of Role:
1. Being the primary HRBP for the function(s) assigned, maintaining regular communication and collaboration via regular 1-1s, leadership meetings and functional team meetings.
2. Partnering with Business Leadership to drive change and deliver shared organisational objectives.
3. Using Market Intelligence and industry knowledge to develop and implement tailored plan to support business strategy goals around key areas such as Talent Development, Leadership, Performance & Reward, Retention, Organisational Design, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, People Leader Capabilities
4. Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence to implement strategic people management programs and initiatives in alignment and support of company and organisational unit goals and objectives.
5. Design and implement HR systems and processes that support strategic business aims.
6. Providing coaching and consulting to organisational unit leadership team in order to support the company's overall objectives and foster and promote the engagement of the company's core values at all levels.
7. Developing a strong foundation of training, development and succession planning to ensure key capabilities and leadership talent are maintained for organisational unit stability and employee growth opportunities.
Desired Experience:
8. Experience within the Pharmaceutical environment is preferred, including significant experience in leading and managing large functional delivery
9. Excellent leadership skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in the global environment
10. Proven experience in strategic HR programme delivery, strategic planning, risk management and change management
11. The ability to evaluate complex situations accurately, identify creative solutions and make decisions that create successful outcomes for stakeholders.
