The Process Engineer will be responsible for the performance of complex and specialized manufacturing equipment systems; you will liaise with engineers from a range of worldwide suppliers, as well as internal engineers and process leads from other functional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of equipment performance data and develop action plans to improve.
2. Development and Automation of Key Process Indicators and strategies for early detection and control.
3. Maximising equipment throughput and yield performance.
4. Project management of small to medium sized projects from initiation to completion to make improvements to meet operational objectives.
5. Hands-on work applying fundamental electrical and mechanical diagnosis skills.
Personal Specification:
1. Graduated in a Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other Equipment/Process Engineering related degree programme.
2. Experience in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment.
3. Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
5. Knowledge and experience of working with large transactional datasets.
