Morgan McKinley in partnership with our client are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing finance team on a permanent basis in Limerick.

Roles and Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Maintain and improve internal controls, processes, and procedures.
Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Assist with ongoing projects, including system improvements and process optimisation.
Job Requirements Fully qualified accountant with 2+ years' experience in a similar management accounting role.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
