**Job Description:**
Deal Operations Analyst
The Deal Operations Analyst will support the forecasting process and advise the sales force in commercial sales transactions. The analyst will attend regional forecast calls, analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage to ensure license compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Support forecasting process and advise sales force in commercial sales transactions.
* Attend regional forecast calls and ensure forecast accuracy.
* Analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage to ensure license compliance.
* Work with cross-functional teams (Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal) as needed.
* Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow CRM tool.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of proven experience in operations in a software sales organization.
* Organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
* Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
* Experience with CRM system.
* Understanding of sales cycle.
* Strong listening, analytics, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
* Team player with positive attitude ready to work in fast-paced environment.
* Results-driven.
