As a La Prairie Beauty Consultant, you will be our Maison Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning clients, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette.
Main responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
Approaching customers and achieving sales: Adhering to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines to ensure that standards are consistent and up to dateSkilfully marry Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI'sTo build a good client base with the help of internal CRMBusiness planning to ensure the beauty room is maximised around key events and launchesReview daily goals throughout the day and liaise with line manager to make improvementsTraffic stop with 'new' launches and marketing lead programListen and identify customer needs, ask the appropriate follow up questions in a friendly mannerInvite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation or an Art of PerfectionEnsure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer recordsEnsure events are fully stocked and appropriate customers have been contacted Visual Merchandising: Present the beauty room in luxury standard while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelinesEnsure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintainedMake certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence Rapport and Communication: Is aware of needs of others and their impact on themAbility to be approachable and build relationships with othersDemonstrates ability to listen and communicate both verbally and writtenBe informed about current and new business initiatives and to provide feedback to your Account ManagerWilling to work cooperatively as a team memberPossesses persuasion and negotiation skills Planning and Flexibility: Working with InitiativeAbility to follow through energetically with events and achieve goalsSee opportunities and acts on themPerseveranceQualifications Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:ITEC diploma qualification level 2 (required)Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clientsClient focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experiencePolished, approachable and friendly communication skillsDedicated to achieving / exceeding KPI'sAble to work collaboratively as part of a small teamIn return, La Prairie offers: A competitive salary and discretionary commission scheme33 holiday days (including bank holidays)Generous product allocation & discountLong Service Awards starting with 3 year's serviceA free product to try every time there is a new launchContributory pension scheme – 5% employer contributionEmployee referral bonusesA range of opportunities to develop and grow personally and professionallyAnnual performance reviews so you know your La Prairie career is going in the right directionReports to:
