About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations, experience in claims handling or auditing, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain compliance across all departments.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of claims calls and files according to our audit templates, reporting findings, and providing recommendations for efficiency and best practices.

2. Report findings, providing recommendations for efficiency and best practices.
3. Report on errors, breaches, and customer complaints, collaborating with the team to implement remedial actions.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and assist in policy and procedure updates.
5. Assist with internal audits, insurer audits, and data protection queries.
6. Contribute to the development of compliance-related training programs.
Your Profile
* Qualification in Compliance, Irish Law, Data Protection, or related field.
* Experience in Claims Handling, Compliance, Audit, or similar roles within the insurance industry.
* Citizenship of an EU country (Stamp 4).
