Property Sales Negotiator - Wexford
We are seeking a Property Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team and business in Wexford.
Daily Duties:
Expertly handling sales negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
* Liaising with Solicitors:
Working closely with solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Updating Vendors:
Regularly keeping vendors informed of the sales progress.
* Responding to Enquiries:
Timely responding to telephone and email enquiries from potential buyers and sellers.
Requirements:
* PSRA License:
A valid PSRA license is essential for this role.
* Excellent Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
* Knowledge of Property Market:
A thorough understanding of the property market, including current trends and developments.
* Interpersonal and Organisational Skills:
Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, organisational abilities, and work on own initiative.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Representing the Company Brand:
Acting as a trusted property advisor, representing the company brand and providing valuable advice to clients.
* Managing Vendor Expectations:
Proactively managing vendor expectations, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
* Identifying Opportunities:
Utilizing initiative to identify potential opportunities and make recommendations to grow revenue and improve service levels.
Technical Requirements:
* Microsoft Packages:
Proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate records and files are maintained.
Company Requirements:
* Full Clean Driving License:
A full clean driving license and own car are essential for this role.
