The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar hotel or restaurant environment, showcasing a solid foundation in culinary arts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only passionate about food but also eager to elevate their skills under the mentorship of our Head Chef and Sous Chef.
As a Chef De Partie, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation during both afternoon and evening services. Your responsibilities will include:
Upholding the highest standards of culinary craftsmanship and ensuring that every dish served reflects our dedication to quality.
Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail by consistently adhering to food preparation standards and ensuring compliance at all times.
Preparing and presenting dishes with an artistic flair that captivates our guests and enhances their dining experience.
Vigilantly monitoring food safety guidelines and HACCP protocols to guarantee a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
Ideal Candidate: • Prior experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel/restaurant. • Conversational English, both spoken and written, is essential.
