The team deals with a broad range of litigation focusing on complex, high-value disputes, including cases with a restructuring and insolvency dimension. Key Responsibilities
* Advising on all aspects of commercial disputes, with a focus on high-value and complex litigation.
* Acting on regulatory investigations, civil fraud matters, and cross-border asset recovery and enforcement.
* Advising on restructuring and insolvency matters, including acting for liquidators, receivers, and companies in financial distress.
* Supporting clients involved in regulatory scrutiny or financial difficulties, including advising boards, shareholders, and professional services firms.
* Collaborating on significant cross-border matters and managing multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Candidate Profile
2-5 years PQE in general commercial litigation and/or restructuring and insolvency, gained with a large or mid-sized law firm in Ireland or the in the UK.
* Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and strategic approach.
* Be comfortable managing high-value disputes and working on complex legal issues.
* Possess strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
