Job Title: Mobile Front of House Facilities Co-Ordinator
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Overall Purpose of the Job:
To support the delivery of workplace services on various Client facilities and to assist in managing day-to-day front-of-house and facilities operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To ensure compliance with EH&S legislation in line with policy.
2. Use of technology to conduct & record work.
3. Dealing with client staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record in a similar role, preferably with at least 3 years experience in a comparable environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player.
Proven ability to manage a wide variety of tasks with the ability to prioritise and develop new opportunities and solutions.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility, various shift times applicable (client specific).
Fire Marshall Lead.
Covid Officer Management at the supervisory level.
