Job Description:
Process Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join our Transformation program. This individual will be responsible for delivering a specific Body of Work in Process Efficiency and Lean ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement process analysis techniques, particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modeling.
* Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to drive business change.
* Apply project management and Lean 6 Sigma principles to deliver results.
* Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* At least seven years of experience in a business process analysis role with strong business change project management capability.
* Previous experience in the public or financial sector.
* Experience in change management aspects of new initiatives.
* Project Management and Lean 6 Sigma accreditation (e.g., Yellow belt / Green belt).
* Broad experience of process analysis techniques.
* Excellent workshop facilitation skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to plan work, estimate assigned activities, and deliver on commitments.
* Able to adapt quickly to inflight projects.
* Professional, consultative, and strong client-facing skills.
* Takes a strategic view on the implications of the solution to be implemented.
* Good understanding of formal project management processes.
