We are looking for a positive person with a can-do attitude to join our team as a Customer Support Technical Agent. This is an entry-level role and full training will be provided!
We are recruiting for a fluent German speaker who would like the opportunity to work in Ireland! This is a fully remote position, so you can live anywhere in Ireland!
Your role will be as a Customer Support Agent working with Finnish Business to Business (B2B) queries.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills in customer service, IT troubleshooting, problem determination, teamwork, and quality control.
The ideal candidate has a healthy interest in technology and enjoys solving problems, is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and motivated to take charge of both customer satisfaction and query resolution.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and ticket system promptly and professionally.
2. Resolve B2B customer queries using the relevant tools and systems.
3. Work to achieve individual and team-specific goals.
4. Assist with mentoring new hires.
Essential Competencies:
1. Fluency in German and English.
2. Good customer service and communication skills.
3. Friendly and outgoing manner.
4. Interest in IT.
