Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the operations of the finance team with a focus on enhancing existing processes and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of banking transactions, daily bank reconciliations & payroll processed.
* Management of cash collections to ensure targets are achieved.
* Review and management of the invoicing process ensuring no errors occur with large volumes involved.
* Management & Follow-Up of Discrepancies and Internal Net Pricing Account.
* Review and reporting on account aged balances.
* Processing of Expense and Carrier Invoices.
* Calculate & manage monthly settlements.
* Act as a Relationship Manager, ensuring strong relationships with key commercial teams.
* Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to contribute to the development and execution of the group's financial strategies and long-term business plans.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 4+ years experience in industry or practice trained managing industry clients.
Proven managerial experience.
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills.
Proficient in SAP Business One or similar ERP system desirable.
