Business Development Manager - German Speaker
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead a high-performing outbound BDR team. This role will involve guiding your team to exceed monthly quotas and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while contributing to the company's strategic goals.
* Conduct one-on-one meetings, providing guidance and motivation to team members.
* Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture.
* Collaborate with peers in Business Development, Sales, and Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
* Enforce regular scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps.
Requirements:
* Based near Dublin (minimum 3 days per week in office).
* 1+ year of experience managing BDRs.
* Proven track record of over-performance as an Individual Contributor and Manager.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Passion for training and development.
* Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis.
* Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Proficient in sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism).
* Detail-oriented with a bias towards action.
* Fluent in German and English.
