Overview Are you an experienced Project Engineer with experience of management and execution of projects throughout the full project life cycle from initiation to closeout? We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Engineer to join our Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) department. The successful candidate will be based on our client's site in Dublin. With excellent people skills, you have a proven ability to work in partnership at all levels. The role involves working along side the management team overseeing the upgrade of our client's waste water treatment plant. This includes long term projects such as the expansion of the plant's sludge treatment facilitie, secondary treatment tanks and the modernisation & improvement of all of the wastewater treatment infrastructure. Responsibilities Manage the full project scope in place, including all stakeholders through to project completion. Project engineer and manage equipment installation projects. Manage continuous improvement applied to project management. Manage all change control. Engage with site SMEs and managers. Communicate, influence and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams. Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans. Identify gaps / risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place. Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities. Employ project management techniques and Problem Solving. Provides leadership, guidance, and advice in field of project management. Resolve any issues effectively. Ensure safety & compliance standards are maintained to the highest standards. Qualifications 5 years plus relevant experience with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering industrial, equipment or electrical projects. Trade qualification, degree or relevant experince. Experince managing a small team of fitters or engineers would be an advantage. Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion. Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership team. Execution/adherence - demonstrated record of on time delivery. Demonstrable record of delivering right first time handover of documentation. Ability to work with end user on developing operating procedures, maintenance & calibration plans. Strong computer MS Project, MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.). Why PM Group?
