Key Responsibilities as Health & Safety Manager
* Drive towards an embedded HS&E culture, focusing on preventative actions, injury reduction, and environmentally friendly operations.
* Ensure all employees and sub-contractors are compliant with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation.
* Communicate effectively, translating HS&E compliance standards using modern software.
* Root cause analysis of accidents and prevent recurrence, conducting site safety inspections and investigations.
* Represent the company professionally, promoting Clancy core values.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standard and maintain company safety statements and policy.
* Supervise and manage safety officers, schedule and oversee site audits and inspections.
* Assist in implementing improvement actions and review site audits and trends.
* Maintain records of statutory inspections and deliver incident reporting to the Health & Safety Authority.

Qualifications/Experience
A minimum of a Level 8 qualification in Health and Safety, ideally within a main/specialist contractor. A strong ability to influence change and champion best practice is essential.
