Job Description
We are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team for an exciting new residential development in the Malahide area.
This project, scheduled to last around 18 months, offers a great opportunity to work with a well-established company on a major, high-impact development.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
1. Coordinate and supervise the construction of a commercial project
2. To represent the company on-site and serve as a liaison between the business and the client.
3. Ensure the quality of the work is up to standards, is completed on schedule, and is within budget.
4. Management of the supply chain's purchasing and on-site delivery procedures
5. Ensure works are carried out to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with the planning permission and building regulations
6. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of the subcontractors
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
7. A relevant degree construction management
8. Minimum 3 years’ previous experience managing residential projects in Ireland or the UK
9. Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
10. Ability to work on own initiative
11. Strong team building skills
Salary for this Site Manager role is between €75,000 - €85,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
