Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Manager - Lead Operational Efficiency
Location: Northern Ireland | Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Flexibility for overtime and Saturdays as required)
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations, ensure machinery efficiency, and uphold safety standards.
Core Competencies:
* Health & Safety Leadership: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety standards and that risk assessments and method statements are prepared before work begins.
* Operational Efficiency: Plan, coordinate, and optimise maintenance schedules, addressing urgent requests and minimising downtime to maintain smooth factory operations.
* Technical Expertise: Utilise strong fault diagnosis skills to resolve machinery breakdowns and prevent operational disruptions, ensuring high performance at all times.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop, and inspire the maintenance team, focusing on achieving department KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Cost & Resource Management: Effectively manage maintenance costs and resources, maintaining the maintenance store and ensuring rapid repair capabilities with sufficient spare parts.

Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Maintenance Management position.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to work overtime, including both planned and short-notice requirements.
Desirable Criteria:
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
* Experience in maintaining concrete/aggregate storage plants.
