Project Management Responsibilities
The project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a customer project throughout its entire life cycle, from initiation to close.
* Manage the customer project from conception to final implementation and support/maintenance.
* Provide technical/functional analysis to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
* Understand, capture, and communicate business requirements to customers, development teams, test teams, and support teams.
Solution Development
Participate in solution discussions with customers and internally, evaluating and proposing solution approaches that ensure solutions are fit for use (both internal and external needs).
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Customer Communication
Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing status updates, taking ownership of critical issues, and managing customer UAT sessions.
* Support business change processes and continuous improvements, both internally and externally.
* Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions and implementations meet business/customer needs.
* Collaborate with the test team to define acceptance criteria.
Integrations
Understand existing integrations and participate in solution design with customers.
Work with architecture/development teams to implement required integrations with third-party systems.

Educational Requirements
A third-level qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
