Our pharmaceutical client in North Dublin, have an exciting requirement for a HR Specialist to join their team for a 6 month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible to coordinate, manage and continuously improve HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
-Manage ongoing administration of all areas of HR across talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems and compensation and benefits
-Co-ordination of employee induction & onboarding/off boarding processes
-Inputs to monthly payroll and support the resolution of payroll issues.
-Use of HRIS systems – Workday, Kronos, Visier.
-Update HR data reports
-Participates in maintaining an accurate, audit compliant, job documentation system ensuring accurate and relevant job descriptions exist for all active roles.
-Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with company and employment law ·
-Support HR projects and initiatives
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-2 years’ HR experience ideally
-Third level qualification in HR Management
-Proficient in Microsoft packages
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
-Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
