We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Manager for our busy dual franchise.
The Parts Manager's position is an integral part of our business with responsibility to our Aftersales Manager, Warranty Controller and Dealer Principal.
To manage and supervise the Parts Department and team.
Be responsible for the overall profitability of the department ensuring the profitability and achievement of targets, and meeting revenue expectations and performance expectations.
To maintain and improve current external trade accounts.
A full understanding of use of CRM, eVHC systems and KPI's.
Completion of stock checks on a timely basis.
Maximise manufacturer rebates.
Maintain product knowledge of our two brands.
Manage and maintain all parts administration.
To attend weekly internal meetings and attend brand training where necessary.
Keep the service department and customers up to date with ETA'a and advise of any delays.
To turn aged stock in line with expectation.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous retail parts experience in the motor trade is essential.
Knowledge of a CRM, (Autoview a definite advantage)
Knowledge of an eVHC, (Triage a definite advantage)
An excellent communicator
A desire and drive to improve our already busy Parts Department.
This is a permanent position within our long established business and in one of the County's leading franchises.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience, with target related bonuses and overtime opportunities.
