Senior Revit/AutoCAD Technician

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit/AutoCAD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD & Revit software, with a proven track record of creating detailed drawings, schematics, and plans that adhere to industry standards and client specifications.
The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. This will involve:
* Producing accurate and detailed drawings using Revit/AutoCAD software, including mechanical and electrical layouts, schematics, and plans.
* Collaborating with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
* Ensuring that drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
* Conducting clash detection analysis and providing solutions to optimise coordination between various disciplines.
* Revising and updating drawings as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders.
* Maintaining organized documentation of drawings and project files.
* Supporting the project team by providing technical assistance and solutions as needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience working in the role of BIM & CAD Technician within a team of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design.
* Revit/CAD Certification.
* Previous experience as a Revit/CAD Technician.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to CAD implementation.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of €45k - €55k per year, negotiable for the right candidate. The position is full-time permanent, with a pension contribution included.
