About the role This is a dynamic role for a Marketing graduate, which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of brand, communication and marketing assignments. You will work within the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team and work closely with the wider Core Functions team and the broader firm. You will support RSM's global vision to be the first-choice adviser to the middle market. To play your role in achieving this, collaboration with peers and stakeholders will be key. The right candidate will have a relevant degree in marketing or a related communications discipline, with some experience working in professional services or similar corporate entities. The opportunity It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with: Supporting the IMC team in delivering its strategy and plans and driving improvements across all IMC functions. Supporting in content creation for various channels and platforms, including drafting and editing written content covering a range of topics including employer brand, technical and campaign work. Assisting with digital marketing activities including social media, website and email marketing content creation and campaign activation. Assisting with the graphic design of brand compliant artwork for campaigns and collateral including artwork for print, digital channels, and merchandise. Supporting on the delivery of internal communications plans including intranet content, newsletters and presentations. Supporting the organisation of advertising campaigns with third party publications, liaising with a PR agency to support firmwide PR plans and coordinating other brand activities e.g., sponsorship opportunities, photography, events. Assisting in the development and roll-out of campaigns, collateral and initiatives for both internal and external audiences. Taking ownership of IMC administrative duties including digital analysis, reporting and providing meaningful metrics on relevant brand activities. Undertaking ad hoc project and tasks as required. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. 6 months experience working in professional services environment or similar corporate entities. Experience writing for a variety of channels, including social media and website platforms. Experience with Google analytics, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in graphic design tools is an advantage (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Experience in website content management systems is an advantage. Strong administrative and report writing skills. Ability to foster trusted relationships combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation.
