Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, implementing office policies and procedures, and ensuring that our office processes are aligned with existing ISO processes. The Office Manager will also manage office supplies and work with all staff. This position requires excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* In-Office Job from Monday to Friday. (8:30 AM to 5:00PM)
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and cleaners.
* Implement existing office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
* Oversee the maintenance and supply of office equipment and facilities, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
* Manage all shipping requirements; goods in/out, manage relationship with shippers and service providers.
* Provide support to other parts of the business as needed, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
* Assist with the preparation and quality checking of the sales teams’ quotes and purchase orders.
* Manage and maintain the company's vehicles.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* At least 3 years of experience in office management, with a strong track record of implementing office policies and procedures.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing an office team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze office data and identify areas for improvement.
* Full driving license.
