Job Description:
The Customer Financial Planning role is a key strategic area for development within AIB, with the potential to join a nationwide network of 120 advisors across the AIB branch network.
This position requires a strong understanding of all Financial Planning products and a moderate knowledge of other AIB product lines.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building relationships with customers and stakeholders to generate referrals and converting referrals to meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to customers on a broad range of financial needs.
* Work closely with regional and local management teams to drive the achievement of the Bank's Customer Financial Planning business and financial goals.
* Grow and retain assets under management while generating wealth income through exceptional advice and customer service.
* Support the development of key staff in assigned Business Centres/Branches.
Requirements:
* Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification.
* Preferably experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
