Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Investment Funds Vestima Service Design and Implementation unit. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting client onboarding and process design around fund execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer onboarding: scoping, migration planning, and coordination
* Support product enhancement and development
* Active client communication and expectation management
* Transfer Agent implementations: managing the migration to Vestima (order routing platform) and Central Facility for Funds (settlement service)
* SWIFT 20022 testing & implementation
* Partner with clients for end-to-end testing as well as performing internal testing for system enhancements
Requirements:
* University degree, BAC + 3 or 5 with orientation in finance or economics
* Customer focus is essential
* Relevant experience in the fund industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Accuracy, curiosity, highly organized, and flexible with problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work independently, as well under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills, and attention to detail
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* SWIFT knowledge is an asset
* French and/or German is an asset
