Job Description
Ashgrove Renewables, Est 2001, is well established in the renewable energy sector.
Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021, bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide, we are delighted to have delivered over 15% of the SEAI’s One Stop Shop and CEG projects in 2024.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for 2025.
In line with our pipeline and projected sales targets, we are now recruiting for several roles.
The successful applicant for this position will act as key account coordinator for our homeowner clients interested in exploring the extensive range of generous SEAI home energy upgrade grants available.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivator, confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with potential homeowners interested in carrying out energy upgrades to their home.
2. Discuss the various home upgrade options and the SEAI grant offerings available through the One Stop Shop and other SEAI grants.
3. Manage customer communication and requirements.
4. Collaborate with the Analysis team to ensure grant eligibility will be achieved.
5. Liaise with our key stakeholders, architects, engineers, BER Assessors, subcontractors, etc.
6. Coordinate proposals and finalize contracts.
7. Ensure a detailed and accurate handover of projects to our design, scheduling and installation departments.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Experience with computer software systems and CRM systems is an advantage; however, full grant and systems training will be provided.
