Job Description
A key leadership position has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader/ Supervisor or P2P Team Leader to lead a regional team within a leading Pharma multinational based in South County Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day service management activities meet agreed upon service commitments to internal businesses and 3rd party outsourcer(s), while maintaining process standards and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and controls across all countries, divisions and legal entities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading Accounts Payable Projects and daily AP activities across captive Regional Shared Services and the 3rd party outsourcer(s) supporting regional AP operations, including:
* Ensuring stakeholder engagement, reporting and communication, and the preparation of periodic reports and ad-hoc financial analyses
* Developing and reviewing KPI/Metrics scorecard reporting and results
* Month End Close process
* Compliance and Controls, Testing and Review: Ensuring integrity of internal controls in partnership with the compliance team
* Supporting the development and retention of talented individuals: Providing timely coaching, guidance, and feedback to staff to help them maximize their potential and meet key accountabilities
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of team lead/management experience within a large organization/Shared Service Centre
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable best practices and solutions
* Program implementation skills and experience required
* Proven Process Improvement experiences
* SAP and other non-SAP ERP experience desirable
* Experience managing a team
