Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Identify and connect with potential customers via calls, emails, networking, etc.
Solution Selling: Explain features and benefits of products/services in a clear and impactful manner.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical demos to showcase product capabilities.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized strategies and targets.
Technical Support: Provide pre-sale and post-sale support, ensuring seamless product implementation.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and feedback to improve offerings.
Sales Reporting: Track activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the commercial director.
Collaboration:
Work with product development, marketing, and support teams to align with customer needs.
Success Metrics
Exceed sales targets.
Generate new customer leads.
Maintain accurate sales data and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex solutions to non-technical customers.
Proven track record in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role (security, IT, or networking industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge of the electronic security market (training provided).
