Salary: €80,000

Location: Ireland based, fully remote working policy

With ambitious strategic plans to further grow and expand their offering, they are seeking to recruit a Head of Finance & Operations to join their team. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance & Operations will become a valuable member of the leadership team, leading a direct team of 4 within finance/admin and operational management.
The Head of Finance & Operations will oversee EPlus's financial health and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic financial planning, operational management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organisation's mission by optimising resource utilisation and enhancing service delivery to children and families across Ireland.

Key Requirements
1. Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 yrs PQE.
2. Experienced in financial accounts preparation, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting, cash flow, risk management, compliance and audit.
3. Minimum of 2 years supervisory or people leadership experience.
4. Experience in producing SORP compliant accounts is preferred.
5. Experience and expertise in using Xero (or similar SME accounting package) & advanced Excel in addition to the full Microsoft package.
6. Experience working within the charity or non-for-profit sector preferred.
7. Meaningful purpose for wanting to work for a charity or non-for-profit organisation.
8. Can demonstrate professional and personal values that align with EPlus’s values.
9. Committed to a fully remote working policy.
10. Willingness to travel nationwide, if required, to attend meetings in person periodically.

1. €80,000
