Your Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage new clients within the STEM sector in MedTech, pharma, manufacturing.
* Pitch our recruitment solutions, negotiate fees, and close high-value deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
* Source, sell, and place top-tier STEM professionals in leadership roles.
* Become the go-to advisor for hiring managers and candidates in the STEM industry.
What We're Looking For:
* A proven sales and business development track record with experience winning clients and closing deals.
* Recruitment or B2B sales experience, ideally within STEM recruitment, but strong sales professionals will be considered.
* A hunter mentality with a passion for cold outreach, networking, and securing new business.
* Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and sell solutions at a senior level.

Key Requirements:
