The Account Compliance Quality team is looking for a Program Manager to support with the onboarding of new programs, products, functions, and rules to Account Compliance Quality.
This Program Manager role will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new functions, products, marketplaces, or rules.
The Account Compliance Quality Program Manager will be required to work with multiple stakeholders including the Audit and Insights Team, PMO, and GPO teams.
The Account Compliance Quality Program Manager will be an independent and proven leader, with effective problem-solving skills. The role requires significant experience in interpreting complex data and providing context and assurance to senior stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
1. Works with PMO and GPO teams to understand Quality requirements.
2. Ensures new queues are onboarded for both Account Compliance Quality and AIT.
3. Partners with GPSS and AIT to ensure HC requirements are met for new launches.
4. Provides Account Compliance Quality inputs for training materials, SOPs, and guides.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5+ years experience in Compliance/AML, risk, or assurance functions
3. Proven ability to lead a team
4. Working knowledge of financial institutions, money service business, and/or banking compliance in EU, including knowledge of anti-money laundering, credit compliance, and consumer protection, data protection, anti-corruption regulations
5. Strong problem-solving and operational process skills and attention to detail
6. High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment
7. Ability to work within a matrixed environment and cross-functionally with operations and technology functions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk, or Business
2. CAMS Certification or other Compliance certification such as CRCM or CRP
