Service Manager Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Service Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance.

Multi-tasking and organizational skills will be key.
These activities include ensuring that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets.
They will check in with you daily where you will verify that they have their vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order.
Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication will ensure your team and customers have an awesome experience with every interaction.
As a seasoned technician, you will offer coaching, training, and support.
You are not afraid to get dirty and can spend considerable time in the field assisting your team and providing coverage.
Ultimately, you will be assisting the Branch Manager achieve monthly performance goals.
