David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Sales Team Leader to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

* Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
* Work model: Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure adherence to KPIs and lead the team to meet client and MarketStar targets.
* Develop and implement processes to boost efficiency and performance.
* Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, ensuring alignment with client goals.
* Recruit new talent as needed and manage day-to-day operations with client and Program Manager.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, focus, and high performance.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
* Oversee team performance, scheduling, evaluations, and time management.
* Collaborate with sales operations, QA, and training teams.
* Support personal development plans for team members.
* Maintain strong technical knowledge to assist clients with software integrations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus.
* Over 4 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
* At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, coaching, training, or senior representative role.
* Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
* Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
* Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
* Capable of meeting tight deadlines, adjusting to shifting priorities, and balancing short-term and long-term goals.
