We provide a Managed Service for capital projects to a growing number of clients. Our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland offer a cost efficient and effective framework for project delivery. We manage projects ranging from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover, covering diverse portfolios such as buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades and equipment replacements.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join one of our Managed Service on-site teams in Cork. The successful person will be coordinating, overseeing and managing numerous projects at our client site.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver capital projects safely, on budget and to schedule
* Develop and implement an appropriate project execution strategy
* Plan, execute and track the progress of projects through design phases from inception to handover
* E nsure key deliverables adhere to client standards
* Establish project objectives aligned with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved
* Foster effective communication between the team, clients and stakeholders
* Report to management on project/schedule/cost issues
* E nsure adherence to the client's quality and engineering standards
* M ontior compliance to applicable practices, policies, and specifications
* Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance)
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of project experience with a 3rd level degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably mechanical
* Pharmaceutical Projects experience
* Full lifecycle Project Management
* C ost Control
* Scheduling and achieving schedules
* D elivery of projects within a GMP environment
* A thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standards
