Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential customers through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and key vertical markets.Utilize cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking to generate qualified leads.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by following up on leads and qualifying potential business opportunities.Schedule and conduct product meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and explain how isp.net's services can address those needs.Sales & Revenue GrowthClose sales and secure new business, driving both monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to design tailored sales campaigns that target specific industries and customer segments.Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with new and existing clients.Work to understand customer pain points and provide solutions that align with their needs, helping to grow overall revenue for the company.Customer Relationship Management & RetentionDevelop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the customer success and account management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service implementation, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.Participate in the creation of retention strategies to ensure high customer retention rates and long-term partnerships.Market Research & Strategic PlanningConduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands.Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer needs, market conditions, and potential new services.Assist in the development of marketing strategies to target specific industry sectors and drive business growth.Skills/Must have:2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the telecommunications sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs in sales environment.Familiarity with the Internet service industry and related technologies is a plus.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Cold calling experience and the ability to approach potential customers confidently.Salary:$50,000 + commission ($100k OTE)
