Position: Site Supervisor (Civil Works)
Location: Nationwide, covering Kilkenny and surrounding areas.
Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support Crew/Team Leaders or PICWs on daily tasks to comply with planning.
* Provide site information to Support Site Managers.
* Ensure crews have necessary materials, equipment, and PPE for daily tasks.
* Verify that crews possess required Safety documentation and training certifications.
* Maintain adherence to Health and Safety regulations, including MESC's, code of practice, method statements, and HSA guidelines.
* Assure all works meet customer quality requirements.
* Ensure all works adhere to customer technical guidelines and procedures.
* Monitor and control team activities.
* Review and approve Daily work sheets.
* Conduct safety and quality audits for teams under supervision.
* Collaborate with Site Manager on production supervision and control.
* Lead and facilitate daily 'Toolbox Talks.'
* Manage stock of materials to support team activities.
* Report and escalate issues to Site Manager as necessary.
* Foster positive relationships with clients.
* Negotiate and maintain partnerships with third-party service providers or product suppliers.
* Resolve complex works-related queries for site crews.
* Elevate concerns regarding Safety and procedures during work activities.
Minimum Requirements:
* Prior experience working on utilities networks.
* CIF City & Guilds Assured Site Supervisor Safety Programme qualification.
* Proven track record of working on civil projects.
* Experience supervising multi-disciplined teams in a high-volume environment.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to liaise with client representatives on-site and at meetings.
* Manual Handling and Safe Pass qualifications.
* Fluency in English language.
* Excellent analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
* Proficiency in Office 365 Tools.
* Flexibility to work irregular hours and overtime when needed.
* Full Driving License and willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
* Professional representation of the company at all times.
