Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in Blessington, Co. Wicklow.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
Conducting basic data entry to maintain accurate records and databases.
Assisting with invoicing and reconciliation work to support financial processes.
Managing basic weekly payroll tasks to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
Supporting other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate efficient office operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Previous accounts experience beneficial.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
