General Manager Heating & Plumbing

You will have full autonomy over stock decisions, purchasing, staffing, and logistics, manage trading hours and collaborate closely with the managing director on operational matters.

Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operational and administrative issues within the Company.
* Achieve and exceed assigned business targets, sales budgets, KPIs, and discount, cost control, demonstrating ambition and profit focus.
* Oversee team development and performance.
* Manage merchandising and stock levels within the store.
* Analyse and interpret trends by keeping an eye on the market.
* Ensure exceptional customer service from the team.
* Maintain a safe and secure store environment.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Manager or high-level Assistant Manager.
* Excellent customer service relationship builder with a passion for providing exceptional customer and service delivery.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
* A strong and motivated leader who can lead by example with a result-focused approach.
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A business-minded individual with a change-oriented mindset.
