Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Assurance team on large-scale transformation programmes and projects.
* BUILD strong and trusted relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs, priorities, and challenges.
* Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality work products that meet client expectations and uphold professional standards.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of specialization, leveraging your knowledge to develop innovative solutions and shape service offerings.
* Lead presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals in relevant areas.
Essential Criteria
* 15+ years' experience in project risk or programme delivery, recovery for the delivery of technology projects in consulting, industry, or the public sector.
* Some Programme Assurance (project health check) experience.
* A track record for delivering large scale transformation projects.
* A track record for leading high performing, cross-functional teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes.
* A good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
