This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving operational excellence and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.Primary Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Business Performance & Forecasting Specialist, Inventory Management & Capacity Planning Leader, and Program Oversight LeaderOversee the transition of tactical tasks from the US, including invoicing quality checks and monthly accounting file deliveryMonitor business performance, track forecasting, and identify trends to provide actionable insightsEnsure accurate and timely financial tracking and reportingOptimize resource allocation to achieve business objectives through real-time (intra-day) managementLead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational readiness initiatives across various lines of businessCoordinate with AI, client service delivery, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategic initiativesEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and operational readinessYou will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Experience in leading and managing diverse teamsUnderstanding of financial processes, including invoicing and accountingExperience managing operations across multiple geographiesAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsExperience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and SQLExperience in leading and managing complex projects and ensuring operational readinessPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in advanced data analytics and predictive modelingProject Management Certification /PMP or similar certificationFamiliarity with integrating AI solutions into business processesExpertise in leading change management initiativesSkills in advanced financial analysis and reportingSoft Skills:Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsVerbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial tracking and reportingPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
